The four mission participants are:* National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA)* National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA)* France’s Centre National d’Etudes Spatiales (CNES)* European Meteorological Satellite Organisation (EUMETSAT)NASA is providing launch services for the mission. The CNES Mission Operations Center will be the primary control center during Launch and Early Orbit Phase (LEOP) and Checkout.
